Order Processing

Please allow up to 72 hours hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way. Orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours using our courier partners. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DivineShip.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns and Refunds

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@divineship.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please read our Refund Policy for detailed information about our policies.
